About Thomas

Thomas is an international sales director whose incredible ability to engage others has earned him many awards. He is passionate about building and leading international sales teams and coaching others to success. This can be about sales processes but also about workplace environment, leadership, and meeting techniques. All building on digital opportunities. Our reality is changing at a pace we could never have imagined, and it can be challenging to keep up.

The issues that Thomas enjoys discussing include the new challenges ahead relating to the managing of sales agents in a hybrid environment. Other issues include: how innovative ideas can be highlighted; how new businesses can be scaled up; and ways of working in an organisation fully focused on day-to-day operations. They may also include things like how you can act to set goals and expectations on developments, both new and unknown. Digitalisation is the driving force behind most of Thomas’ activities, but he never loses the human perspective.

Over the years, Thomas has become a true ‘intrapreneur’ and has helped build several businesses internationally. He likes change processes and the strategic aspects of everything from the increasing of sales to the recruitment of the right people.
