She has started several companies since then and today leads one of Sweden’s largest IT companies founded by a female CEO — NOX Consulting. Here, most of the 3000 employees are gig workers.

Pernilla has made the journey; she knows what it takes to build teams and foster loyalty when most of the team members are not employed by the company. With NOX, she has proven that it is possible to build large organisations in new ways. Additionally, she knows that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, envisaging this approach as the employment form of the future.

As a leader, Pernilla has made human leadership her way of life. She believes in meeting others on their terms and knows that this is the path to success. She looks at her employees with a loving eye and a genuine interest, and this brings out their drives, strengths, and different personalities.
